Through his research, Dr. Auguste has identified novel risk factors contributing to the development of cancers in the head and neck.

Determinants of Tobacco and Alcohol
Dr. Auguste's research throughout the French West Indies revealed a higher rate of smoke and alcohol consuption among individuals in higher socioeconomic demographics.

CaSIDEC Study
A study exploring the effects of foreign cancer treatment on survivors from small Caribbean islands.

Dr. Auguste remains steadfast in his commitment to improving cancer research and accessibility to cancer care within the Eastern Caribbean's developing nations.

Contract Activities
I have performed consultancy services for the Organisation of Eastern Caribbean States (OECS) in 2019 in the capacity of data-manager for a regional epidemiological study on HIV drug resistance in six small Caribbean island states.
In this capacity I produced a technical report for the OECS health unit and presented at the closing meeting.
